Welcome to WOYWW…the “What’s on Your Workdesk Wednesday” blog hop created by Julia at the StampingGround, so hop over there to join the
fun.
I got to play some more in the art journal over the
weekend, so now am working on things to put on the background pages. I now see why art journaling for me will be a
work of love, until I have tons of time for crafting. Getting all the pieces/parts together takes
time!
So these pieces will be stamped with my new Brett Weldele
stamps, and then placed in the journal.
I also got some wacky sayings stamps from Lost Coast Designs that should
pair up nicely with these ladies.
The rest is rather neat, as I was using the Dylusion’s
Ink Sprays…now there is motivation to clean things up first!!! And of course
all those new Distress Paint’s don’t fit in my previous storage tote; time to
go shopping! Yay!!
Now go say Hello to Julia and see what this WOYWW phenom
is all about! Have a great week
everyone!
Those backgrounds look yummy ( as do the stamps!) enjoy the shopping ;)

As long as you are enjoying it...The time it takes doesn't matter..don't get frustrated, keep it chill! Loving the colours that you've been playing with this weekend!
ReplyDeleteI am super impressed with your backgrounds and your images. That may be why I'm not big in journaling. I love seeing what others create, but quit about four steps in, where they go 19 - 20 steps. Sure like the colors you have chosen, though.
ReplyDeleteTime doesn't matter as long as you are having fun. Love my distress paints. Advice: take the clear cap and put a dot of paint on top so you know what color it is without having to pick up the bottle. Diane #41
ReplyDeleteI love the coral/watermelon colours of your journal page....gorgeous! Does the spray ink go everywhere then? That's a bit like glitter at school...even if you haven't been using it in class, it's always in your bra when you get home!

oooohhh I love your backgrounds and those ladies look great too.
ReplyDeleteI don't usually have a lot of time to play either so I can relate. Vikki #27
Kim...thanks for the nice comment you left on my blog. Much appreciated! Your backgrounds you are workng on look really cool! Love the colors. And I LOVE those new Brett stamps. They remind me a little of Dina Wakley's lady heads. I know whatever you make, it will be awesome!!
ReplyDeleteVery fun work space.
