Welcome to another “What’s on Your Workdesk Wednesday”
(WOYWW), the brilliant blog hop initiated by our lovely hostess, Julia at TheStamping Ground….and you can see all the deets there.
So this week, on my desk…nuthin’. I had to go away for the weekend to the Cape...for work! Really…and threw in some family time. So just some left over DI Stains, ink pads and pieces parts from the last few weeks projects lying about.
But, as my ATC’s have made it out, here is mine for the 5th
Anniversary. The traditional gift: Wood,
so I sorta incorporated that. Plus the pen nib, as we all write on the blogs,
and the film strip as we all take photos…and Tim Holtz's stamps and saying..Perfect! Actually once I stopped stressing it
came together very nicely! And I
actually have one more, so if anyone would like a post-anniversary swap, let me
know!
And here are the ATC’s I’ve received so far, from Bella
and Hammers. So very fun!
So, there it
is…now go stop by Julia’s and hop around the world to other great desks! Happy
Crafting everyone.
Hey Kim, my desk is blank too today!! I have a pot of embossing creme there, that I am going to have a play with and that's it! Loved the ATC and just discovered that you sent me Hexagons - AMAZING - thank you so much, I am going to use those when I get back from AC. Cx
ReplyDeleteAnd the desk hop goes on regardless of our hostesses absence and mr linky! Glad to hear family comes first! Bella
ReplyDeleteAwww! I take it mine is still in the post then! Hurrumpf!
ReplyDeleteHappy Wednesday Honey!
Hugs

Lovely collection of ATCs. Have a great week. Happy crafting, Angela x @Felix the Crafty Cat #7
ReplyDeleteHi Kim, what I would do to have to go to the Cape, whether for work or pleasure ... absolutely loved trips there when I was out studying near Boston. Your ATC is wonderful - so much thought went into the making of it. I've sent you an e-mail this morning as you mentioned last week that you would like one of mine to add to your collection - I know, I'm late getting sorted out! Have a great week. Elizabeth x #27
ReplyDeleteHi Kim,
ReplyDeleteWhen you say the Cape are you referring to Cape Cod, MA? I've been there once and actually spent one of my birthdays on Martha's Vineyard! I loved it.
Yes, your ATC made is safely and I love your explanation of all the elements you put into it. Mine are coming along slowly so please don't give up on me!
Friends are coming this weekend to help me move my belongings from a storage unit to my house so I'm afraid I'll be running around like crazy.
Thanks for your visit already. I'm hoping to at least get most of my visiting done today and tomorrow!
Happy belated WOYWW
Hugs, Kay (39)
