WOYWW #401

Welcome to the “What’s on Your Workdesk Wednesday” blog hop hosted by the lovely Julia at The Stamping Ground, where we open our craft rooms up to have you peak at our desks.

A real quick post this week, as I again, almost missed that it’s Wednesday, and also I didn’t take any pictures of the Wanderlust work I did this weekend, nor of the birthday cards I made.

What you do see is the sheet I had stamped a while ago of the Tim Holtz Crazy Cats, which I thought would be perfect for my nephews birthday.  Colored in nice a pretty with Distress markers…then went to die-cut it out.  Notice the hole where another one had been cut out.  Proof I have, errr, had, the dies.  3 hours later on Sunday, and another 1.5 hours last night before taking this picture (I have to say; the rest of the room looks pretty spiffy now): no dies.  I’m praying they didn’t fall off a stack during the Holiday Chaos, and land in the trash can.  Because I may cry.
The green card will be the background for said kitty; and various other card making tools are scattered around. (the blue curl is painters tape...used for masking another card; and now is just hanging out sticking to everything and pissing me off...but I might mask this card like that one...so, its still hanging out.  Wow...guess there was a carry-over of stress from the die search! Sorry!

So that’s me; now go back to the Stamping Ground to portal off to other creative desks.  Stay Crafty my friends.

  1. I still haven't started any of the wanderlust classes... really must do something in the evenings after work instead of sitting and watching tv under a blanket on the sofa!! Great desk. Helen #1

  2. Happy WOYWW. I hope you find those dies. I lost a notebook and think it fell into the recycling bin, and of course I had emptied it the following day! Check your bins. Ali x #29

  3. Hi Kim. Frustrating isn't it when you absolutely KNOW you have something - somewhere - sometime!!! I do hope you find the dies tucked somewhere safe and that indeed they are not totally lost and gone for ever.
    Take care. God bless.

  4. My favourite kitties. Hope we get to see the finished card. You can't have lost them, they will be sitting somewhere and you will find them when you're not looking for them so don't worry. Have a great woyww and happy crafting, Angela x 20

  5. Oh no! I really hope you find the missing die, what a pain if it did go in the bin. That's happened to me before now when carefully cut out scraps got swept away by my fair hand...grrrr.
I don't mind the crazy cats so much but dont like the birds at all...funny how tastes differ :-D

  7. Oh no! How frustrating! Hopefully you will find the dies, probably in place you've already looked 5 times (that's what usually happens to me!) Thanks for sharing! Lindart #45
