WOYWW #269

Welcome to another “What’s on Your Workdesk Wednesday” (WOYWW), the brilliant blog hop initiated by our lovely hostess, Julia at TheStamping Ground….and you can see all the deets there.

LOST: One Muse, last scene 3 weeks ago.
Generally creative and not dangerous to others...Best cajoled with coloring items….and rum.
If found please sequester in a cheery room and contact Kim.

Yes…two weeks to come up with  this card for the Compendium Challenge….which you can read about here.  The butterfly is how I wanted it; more or less. The rest…I confess was a “get ‘er done” attempt.

Also spewed about: Some other stamps I was thinking of using, some piled inkpads that didin’t make it back, the Distress Paints I used on the butterfly, some dies that also didn’t find their way home; oh, and the half eaten bag of my last Trader Joe’s “Indulgence” trail mix (tucked behind the paints)…yes, I apparently ate half the bag when playing blocks with the stamps last week…knowing my hoarding instincts like you all do…you know that is a sign of trouble!!

I do hope my Muse comes home soon…even the photo is blurry!!!

Best run along now to Julia’s, in case lingering here proves Muse-itis  is contagious…

  1. Hey Kim, thanks for the visit..laughed at your 'off topic' comment..I bet you are pleased with that outcome..this is what happens when you are not a nice person. I like the idea of advertising for the return of your Muse..this happens to me from time to time, might be a way to return 'him/her/it' to us. Cx #66

  4. Maybe your Muse is hiding out in the backwoods....she may be tempted back by moonshine liquor and baaaad music. Or trail mix. Maybe she's peeved cos you haven't left her any!
I do apologise for the standard of comment...I wouldn't be surprised if you reported me to the BBC - the Bad Bloggers Corporation.........

  5. It will be fine..I diagnose a good browse through your stash, with no intention of doing anything...if your Muse thinks you may be about to sort and purge, it will pop back! Meanwhile, I love the challenge piece, funny how if you aren't feeling it you can't see it either!
