WOYWW #392

Welcome to WOYWW…the “What’s on Your Workdesk Wednesday”  blog hop created by Julia at the StampingGround.

I hope everyone had a great week!  I finally got to meet my step-grandson…(even saying that has me shuddering!Lol!) as they came in for the weekend to visit.  But I still got a bit of craft time in. I had every intention of making a few birthday cards, then cleaning out everything to pull out the Christmas stash…hmmmm, yeah….right…..

Well, at least the desk is sorta cleaned.  The ipad was out for my Pandora fix (but just couldn’t listen to holiday music yet!) the panel is one that didn’t make the final card, and the stencils will now get used for Christmas…honest!

And here are two of the cards…both made using a resist technique and Color Burst powders (Like Brusho’s to those on the other side of the pond) A bolder stamp would work better, but they are bright and fun and fit the 87 year old twins they are for.

So that’s me; now go back to Julia’s to portal off to other creative desks.  Have a great week everyone.

  6. Your Cards are Wonderful! I was playing with both Brushos and Color Burst powders this past weekend and I think I do prefer the Ken Oliver's color bursts.. the colors are so much more vibrant... YOu nailed that technique. (hugs) and Happy belated WOYWW from Scrapbook Lynne #44
