Welcome to another “What’s on Your Workdesk Wednesday”
(WOYWW), the brilliant blog hop initiated by our lovely hostess, Julia at TheStamping Ground….and you can see all the deets there.
So, this week I have the pieces-parts of my compendium
challenge piece which is using TH’s stamps and framelit sets. . I was hoping to have it done by today; I’m
also hoping to win the lottery…C’est la vie.
It’s working toward being a little heavy on the left side,
and I can’t see a good spot to put the saying…so stay tuned to see what finally
happens. I’ve actually been pretty good
about cleaning up, so what you see is everything I’ve touched to work on this…the
left over bits of the lattice framework die (Hettie calls it punch-poo! LOL!) the dies and stamps from the set, the DI
markers and ink pads, some of the floral leftovers from the tattered flower
garland die (I really need to use this one more often!) and my ever-present Arizona Green Tea…
So that is mine…run
along now to Julia’s, to portal off to other creative spaces around the world. Have a great week everyone!
Hey there Kim, I love the colours of the flowers and stuff on your desk this week, so funky! Punch poo...snort! Trust Hettie!

Hi Kim,
ReplyDeleteLike LLJ, I love the color of the flowers! Oh, I'd love to win the lottery too.... haaaa
I didn't get a photo of my desk taken because I couldn't find the charger for my camera. I did have on file a very cute owl that a friend of mine knitted for me so I thought I'd share him.
Happy WOYWW
Peace, Kay (58)
Loving the colours you are using on your project. I am hoping to get the acorn set in time to participate legally...I entered, but saw after I had made my project that you had to use Tim's sets...am watching my post box with baited breath! #23
ReplyDeleteLike your colours. Happy WOYWW Anne x

Your compendium piece is looking marvelous, and hopefully I'll get to see the finished product. I've been wanting to enter the challenge, but have never gotten around to it. Happy WOYWW and Blessings!

I don't know what happens but plans never sem to run to time.
ReplyDeleteStill I am sure the project will be great when it's finished.
Have a great week and happy crafting, Angela x 49
Hey Kim, thanks for swinging by earlier and for the lovely comments - hope you are good, I am having a great visit with the family and friends. Where does the time go :) I love craft stamper too - remind me and I will send you some mags (sans the freebies, soz) when I'm back in NYC. Cx
ReplyDeleteHi Kim. I've tried to avoid Tim Holtz as much as possible but I fear he's cranked up the 'join me' meter and I'm being sucked in. He is blessed to make a living doing something he is passionate about. May everyone be as lucky.
ReplyDeleteLove your colors there. Looking forward to seeing the finished piece. Creative Blessings! Kelly #62
